Exhibitor Manual

As an exhibitor you will receive a link to your exhibitor manual via email later on in 2017. If you have only just signed up, please allow a couple of days for this to arrive.  If you require any assistance in the meantime please contact the Operations Team at ops@divcom.co.uk.

Meeting Planner

The new and revamped meeting planner for the 2017 show is available here.

The 2018 meeting planner link will appear here when it is live.

 

Website Graphics

You are able to download a variety of show logos and banners from our download page for use on your website and emails. 2018 graphics will be available for download in due course.

 

Leaflets & Passes

Complimentary passes are available for you to post out to your database.  These are free of charge for an unlimited amount. Please see your online manual or email cbissell@divcom.co.uk to request yours.

 

Show Highlights Press Release

Serving as a ‘taster’ for what is at the event, Show Highlights from participating exhibitors will be incorporated into editorial for a number of press releases to be sent out to key media prior to the show.  You will be able to submit via the Exhibitor Manual from December 2017.

You can upload as many press releases as you like to the British Tourism & Travel Show website through your Exhibitor Manual.

How to Exhibit

So you’ve booked your stand, but how do you really ensure you are maximising the opportunity?  Events marketing body FaceTime (http://www.facetime.org.uk/page.cfm/Link=1/t=m/goSection=1)  have produced some great guides to help exhibitors get the most out of an event – not just on the day but pre- and post-show, and we recommend you take a few moments to take a read of some of their great resources.

Exhibitor Warning

Beware of Fairguide and Expo-Guide Expo-Guide and Fairguide.com/Construct Data Verlag regularly publicise their services to exhibitors at events, primarily in Europe. Both companies use a misleading form, which resembles an organiser’s Free Catalogue Listing Service, inviting exhibitors to sign and return the form for an entry in an on-line directory. Doing so contracts the purchaser into the three-year, non-retractable agreement. Non-payment is then followed by aggressive debt collecting by Premium Recovery. DO NOT SIGN ANY CONTRACTS WITH THIS ORGANISATION.
