Be sure to take advantage of this service before and during the event as it allows you to plan your day and use your time at the show to maximum effect.
You can update your contact details and personal profile as well as make your selections through the meeting portal by logging in using your email address and password (which will be emailed to you when the system is live in January).
This service is fully responsive and available on any desktop, laptop, tablet and mobile device and is designed so that meetings cannot be double-booked.

On your “My Event” page, you will be able to see your personalised itinerary. You can also define meeting availability and block times when you will not be free to attend meetings. You can also manage diaries for multiple stand personnel and delegate meetings to your colleagues.
You can start by viewing the conference programme and choosing sessions you would like to attend, then search the exhibitor directory and book appointments. The system will only present you with times when you are not planning to attend a session and both you and the exhibitor are free to meet.
All meetings are scheduled to take place on exhibitors’ stands unless otherwise specified.
