Lincolnshire based Gin producer that has formulated a unique and enticing gin with a special flavour that is appealing to the seasoned gin buff and newcomers alike.

Visit Lincolnshire – Stand A20 – Lincolnshire Bastion Beer :

Brewed especially for the 2018 ‘Bastion in the Air’ exhibition telling the story of WW1 aviation at RAF Scampton and The Collection Museum. Ferry Ales has a passion for brewing the very best quality beers combining modern technology with the best ingredients to produce award winning ales. Brewers also of Just Jane bitter which supports the restoration of the Lancaster Just Jane at East Kirkby.

Visit Lincolnshire – Stand A20 – RAF Centenary Ale:

Centennial Flight is an ale created from a partnership between Visit Lincoln and Lincolnshire Brewing Company to mark the centenary of the RAF in 2018. Launching at BTTS it not only marks the 100th anniversary of the RAF but is a great example of Lincolnshire produce. 

Visit Lincolnshire – Stand A20 – Plum Bread Samples:

A traditional Lincolnshire recipe, a moist and fruity loaf with a unique taste all of its own which has become popular with people all over the country.

Explore Aveiro – Stand A51:

Ovos Moles are tasty sweet confections from Aveiro Portugal! The recipe for this egg and sugar concoction originates in centuries-old convents.


Aberfeldy & Bombay Distilleries – Stand B11:

Aberfeldy 12 year old single malt Scotch whisky: 

Made in Aberfeldy Distillery in Highland Perthshire. This whisky is fermented longer than most Scotch whiskies, resulting in a honeyed-richness. Rich, perfumed aroma, rounded and full with heather honey, notes of sweet pineapple, butter toffee, toast, cereal and vanilla.

Dewar’s – 12 year old blended Scotch whisky:

A blended Scotch whisky with Aberfeldy single malt as the ‘heart malt’. This whisky is ‘double-aged’, a rare process that results in extra smoothness. A drizzle of honey, homemade toffee apples and crumbly fudge. Warm, buttery and mellow. Juicy sultanas and fresh citrus with a wisp of vanilla.


Woodchester Valley Vineyard – Stand D33:

Come to The Cotswolds stand to sample the award-winning range of delicious wines made by Woodchester Valley Vineyard. We make a variety of still and sparkling wines, both white and rosé using a selection of grape varieties. Our winery was established in 2016 and we now offer tours and tastings so look forward to telling you more about us at stand D33.

Eat Sleep Live Herefordshire – Stand D54:

Eat Sleep Live Herefordshire welcomes you to sample a real flavour of the county with a taste of chic sleek British Cassis with owner of White Heron Drinks, Jo Hilditch. Plan a break in one of the luxury holiday properties, perfect for groups, families and parties, on the family estate and book a real Cassis Experience tour and tasting with Jo, from the blackcurrant fields to the stylish bottling and, of course, the on-site shop. 

Visit Southport – Stand E20

Visit Southport will be encouraging visitors to dip into ‘Southport Pick ‘n’ Mix’, a new selection of inspirational ideas that form suggested itineraries to help group travel organisers and tour planners put together a 4-night short break. The itineraries include time exploring all that Southport has to offer, with a choice of visits to neighbouring attractions. This latest initiative builds on ‘Southport Welcome’, launched in 2017 to highlight the town’s group and coach-friendly credentials.

Try some of the acclaimed award-winning Dartmoor Ale – Jail Ale, ‘best kept behind bars’, a full-bodied deep golden-brown beer, made on Dartmoor, using only the finest ingredients. Undoubtedly one of the best premium ales in the country.

Or why not try Legend Cask Ale, ‘pride of the West Country’, Legend is golden brown in colour with an aroma of fresh baked bread and a hint of spice!

Enjoy some of the scrumptious treats from Buckfast Abbey, made by the monks themselves at this tranquil and beautiful setting nestled in the shadow of Dartmoor.

Celebrate Exeter’s Roman Heritage with a taste of Exeter Gin, produced in a traditional copper still in small batches, using ancient botanicals favoured by the Romans, an outstanding gin experience for all!

Try a taste of this irresistibly delicious homemade Clovelly fudge and savour this quintessential English treat.

Dartington Hall – Stand E40:

We will be bringing a taste of Devon with us to this year’s show. Pop along and say hello and try some of our Devon fudge and our very own Dartington Gin and Tonic marmalade. Both products are available from The Shops at Dartington, a unique, high-quality retail centre located on the edge of the Dartington Hall Estate.

Clarendon Hotel; – Stand E42:

English Preserves Jams – a selection are served at breakfast and Afternoon Tea. Just a single spoonful of our strawberry days jam can set us on a dreamy reverie through the berry-rich fields and fragrance-filled kitchens of our past. Cooking our locally-sourced fruit gently by hand to retain its flavour and colour for brighter, bolder jams.


Jensen Gin is a finely balanced gin that honoured the forgotten recipes. Distilled in small batches, using only traditional gin botanicals. Bodmin & Wenford Railway – Stand E53:

Enjoy a delicious Cornish Fairing, the spiced biscuit unique to the county and baked for the Bodmin Attractions stand by Furniss, the oldest and most cherished Cornish biscuit brand, established in 1886. Thanks to Bodmin-based bakers Proper Cornish, proud owners of Furniss, who also specialise in traditional hand crimped Cornish pastie.

Group Tourism & Travel Magazine – Stand F8:

Group Tourism & Travel Magazine are very pleased to be teaming up with local Peterborough brewery Oakham Ales as part of the food & drink trail at BTTS this year.
The multiple award-winning beer producer, whose products are available in pubs nationwide, Waitrose, Tesco and other supermarket chains as well as national restaurant chain Gourmet Burger Kitchen will be bringing tasters for visitors to stand F8 where you can sit and chat with the friendly GT&T team whilst enjoying a beer.

Fabulous Welsh Cakes – a delicious little cake flavoured with spice and dried fruit.

South West Wales – Stand F39:

Chocolate Bars, Milk, Magic & Mischief in West Wales. An awesome brand of chocolate bars. Liam, the enviously young and rather lovely creator of NomNom Chocolate has brought his own brand of creativity and passion to his range of chocolate bars. Recently moved into an Abandoned Chocolate Factory in Llanboidy and they are setting to work turning it into the most delectable place in Wales.
An ever-changing and expanding selection of wonderful flavours, you know one thing about each and every one of them, they’ll be delicious. With the finest ingredients used, NomNom chocolate is top notch stuff.

Attraction of Herriot’s County – Stand G32:

Mason’s Original Dry Gin – this award winning delightfully dry gin with a distinctly different flavour profile.


Sawley Kitchen – using Harrogate Spring water along with Juniper and secret botanicals the resulting gin is packed with flavours.
A mouth-watering range of award winning handmade tasty treats from their kitchen specialising in handcrafted shortbreads, vintage biscuits and meringues, supplying top hotels including The Grand in York and The Ritz in London.


Black Sheep Brewery – producing much loved, Cask, Keg, and Bottled Beers and continues to go against the grain with a low of new and experimental brews. Each beer is the culmination of brewing expertise spanning five family generations.


Rounton Coffee Roasters – at Rounton Coffee Roasters we understand that working with quality focused suppliers is paramount to running a successful business, that’s why we pride ourselves on being able to source and provide only the highest quality specialty coffee beans that we freshly roast in small batches, using our specialised software that creates consistent flavour profiles every time.


Dwr Cymru Welsh Water – Stand G49

Welsh Cakes, homemade with love in our kitchen at Elan Valley Visitor Centre. Welsh cakes are traditional in Wales and have been popular since the late 19th Century. The cakes are a cross between a cookie, a scone, and a pancake but they are truly unlike any of these things when it comes to taste and texture.
