Tell us a bit about your company
We are the pioneer in China’s cultural creative tourism industry. We run the biggest open-air epic drama theatre in China, called “Princess Wencheng” and we focus on the sustainable tourism projects across China. In the year of 2018, we aim to “go global” and set the goals of reaching a new height in attracting international tourists.
Do you have any new products/services that you would like to highlight before the show?
Yes, we have a new exciting ancient town project in Southern Sichuan Province (called the Xichang, Jianchang Ancient Town Historical Cultural District Protection and Improvement Project) in cooperation with the Tibetan Autonomous Region Government. With this, we aim to attract more tourists from the UK and Europe.
Jianchang ancient city, adjacent to the East River, is a sector-shaped ancient city with typical Ming and Qing Dynasty setup, and a completely preserved relic of an ancient city in Xichang. The longest old wall in Sichuan has been rehabilitated. Relying on its unique resources, this project plans to build a city that carries Xichang’s elements which will allow tourists to experience its distinctive features. The project takes the recreational cultural experience as its core idea and aims at artistic communication and cultural heritage. It contains business patterns like theatre performance, arts and culture, foods and beverage, leisure experience, boutique courtyard and old wall touring. Visit us on our stand to find out more.
Why was The British Tourism & Travel show an unmissable opportunity for you?
We believe that UK market is a very valuable one to us, and it’s our first time attending the BTTS show. We were recommended by a business partner who had previously been to the show and loved it!
What are you looking forward to most about attending the show?
To discuss potential cooperation with different tour operators from Britain.
Usunhome Group will be exhibiting on stand C68.
