No, the Meeting Planner is completely free for all eligible visitors.
Yes, you’ll need to register as a visitor before you can access the Meeting Planner.
The platform opens in February, giving you time to set up your profile, explore exhibitors, and book meetings ahead of the show. You will receive login details via email once it is live.
Once logged in, you can search exhibitors by category or area of interest, choose a timeslot, and send a meeting request. Both parties will receive a confirmation when the meeting is accepted.
Yes, you’ll receive automatic email reminders before each confirmed meeting.
Simply open the meeting in your planner, find the meeting you want to amend and select Reschedule or Cancel. The exhibitor will be notified automatically.
