Designed for the discerning gin enthusiast, “The Master Distiller’s Reserve: An Audience with the Creator” offers a profound deep dive into the art and science of distillation – with unique, direct access to Sky Wave’s Master Distiller, Andrew Parsons, creator of The World’s Best Contemporary Gin.
This brand-new offering is a direct response to a major shift in consumer desires. Modern consumers are pushing back against large corporate brand experiences – today’s visitors want the unvarnished stories of founders, their struggles, and a genuine connection to the passion behind the craft.
Hosted personally by Andrew Parsons, this intimate 90-minute journey is strictly limited to just ten guests, guaranteeing unprecedented time with the Master Distiller.

During this truly hands-on exploration, he shares his personal story, his deep passion for gin, and even reveals some closely guarded Sky Wave secrets. Visitors won’t just observe – they will explore the “Alchemist’s Shelf” of rare botanicals, taking a glimpse into the Master Distiller’s methods within his private blending lab for a true sensory exploration. Under his expert guidance, guests will also decode the secrets of the “hearts” and “tails” at the distillery’s three stills.
The experience features “The Art of Blending,” where guests take their seat at the blending table for a hands-on mini-masterclass, using single-botanical distillates to experiment with and unwrap flavour profiles themselves.
The journey culminates with “The Master’s Cut” – an indulgent private tasting of a rare, limited-edition gin entirely unavailable on standard Distillery Experiences, accompanied by the exclusive story behind its creation.
